We are hiring dependable Class A CDL Drivers / Hot Shot Drivers in Sanger, CA for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. The schedule requires Monday-Sunday availability and flexible start times . Candidates should have at least 6 months of Class A CDL experience and be comfortable transporting freight safely while providing professional customer service. Drivers must be flexible with early mornings, evenings, occasional extended days, and more than 40 hours per week when needed. Responsibilities Safely operate hot shot trucks and trailers to transport freight. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report safety or equipment issues. Secure and inspect cargo for safe transportation. Complete required logs, paperwork, and delivery documents. Communicate with dispatch and customers while following DOT regulations. Requirements Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of experience. Clean and responsible driving record. Ability to safely operate a hot shot truck and trailer and secure freight. Reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and flexible with changing schedules. Ability to pass required DOT physical, drug screening, and background/driving record checks.
