• Night Shift Signal Hill, California About the Position Our client is seeking CDL A Drivers for local port and yard operations.

This on-site position focuses on safely transporting and repositioning containers, chassis, and trailers between marine terminals and customer facilities. Drivers are home daily and supported by the TransForce team throughout their assignment. Pay & Schedule Pay rate: $33 per hour

Handling:

No-touch freight Work setting: On-site port and yard operations Key Responsibilities Transport and reposition containers, chassis, and trailers between marine terminals and customer facilities. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Document equipment conditions accurately. Use technology for real-time tracking and communication regarding assignments and updates. Assist warehouse personnel with strategic trailer placement when needed. Maintain a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
