What You'll Do Run local deliveries and pickups — no over-the-road Operate a variety of equipment: semi with flatbed and van trailers, roll-off truck, and straight trucks Strap and unstrap cargo; tarp and untarp roll-off containers as needed Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep your truck clean and well-maintained Work safely and professionally with customers and yard staff What You Need Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Ability to drive a 10-speed manual transmission Physically able to handle the demands of the job — strapping, tarping, climbing, lifting Pride in the equipment you operate Safety-first mindset, every single day Nice to Have Roll-off experience Prior recycling center or scrap hauling experience Bilingual (English/Spanish)
