We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Vehicle Transport Drivers to support our fleet of premium vehicles through smooth, professional drop off and pickup service for our guests. As a Vehicle Transport Driver, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to guests and picking vehicles up at the end of a rental period, following our established check in and check out procedures. This role requires flexibility. Some days you may handle 3 to 5 vehicle drop offs and pickups, while other days you may be placed on standby, ready to respond quickly when a job comes in. This is a great fit for someone who is dependable, comfortable driving a variety of vehicles including high end and luxury cars, and who takes pride in doing a thorough, careful job every time. As a Driver, you will help support the day-to-day movement, preparation, and maintenance of our rental vehicle fleet. This is a flexible position where the daily workload and hours depend on rental activity, vehicle needs, and last-minute bookings.

Vehicle Pickups & Drop-Offs:

Pick up and deliver rental vehicles throughout the Bay Area, including airports, customer locations, hotels, and other designated locations.

Vehicle Check-In & Check-Out:

Follow company procedures when delivering or retrieving vehicles, including taking required photos, documenting mileage/fuel levels, inspecting vehicle condition, handling keys, and communicating with the operations team. Chaser /

Driver Support:

Work alongside other drivers to complete pickups and drop-offs efficiently, including transporting team members to or from vehicles and coordinating multi-vehicle trips.

Basic Vehicle Cleaning & Preparation:

Be able to perform basic interior and exterior cleaning when needed, particularly for last-minute or back-to-back bookings, and ensure vehicles are presentable and ready for customers.

Fueling & Vehicle Readiness:

Refuel vehicles as necessary and help ensure vehicles are properly prepared for upcoming reservations.

Maintenance & Service Trips:

Transport vehicles to and from dealerships, repair shops, tire shops, car washes, service appointments, and other maintenance-related locations.

Vehicle Inspection & Reporting:

Identify and communicate visible damage, warning lights, maintenance concerns, cleanliness issues, or anything unusual noticed while handling a vehicle.

Team Communication:

Maintain clear and timely communication with the operations team regarding vehicle locations, keys, completed trips, delays, or any issues that arise.

Flexible Scheduling & Availability:

Maintain reliable availability on agreed-upon workdays. Because our schedule is based on rental demand, hours will vary from day to day. Some days may require minimal work, while other days may require several trips or availability throughout the day. Applicants should be comfortable with changing workloads, occasional last-minute assignments, and communication regarding their schedule as bookings develop. This is not a traditional fixed-hour position. Drivers will provide guaranteed availability for specific agreed-upon days, but the number of working hours within those days will depend on rental demand.

Local Availability:

Live within a reasonable distance of our Walnut Creek base. Since rental schedules can change and last-minute bookings occur, drivers need to be close enough to respond within a reasonable timeframe when scheduled and available.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
