• Responsibilities:

• Operate dump trucks, end dumps, or belly dumps to transport aggregate materials to and from job sites.
• Safely load and unload materials using dump mechanisms.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections for vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, and inspections.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, site personnel, and customers.
• Navigate routes safely, including highways, construction zones, and off-road conditions.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather and site conditions.

• Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B, depending on the truck).
• Previous experience hauling sand, gravel, or dirt strongly preferred.
• Proficient with manual transmission trucks.
• Knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and dumping procedures.
• Strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, long shifts, and weekends as needed.
