Job Description
We are looking for a driver who holds a Class A driver's license with a clean driving record, must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening test & random drug/alcohol, willing to learn and adapt, to serve our clients in a safe and timely manner. Rate of pay will adjust depending on experience/productivity/efficiency/safety, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Load & Offload dumpsters onto the rolloff truck
- Deliver dumpsters to the clients
- Unload/Dump dumpsters at appropriate facility
- Inspect truck for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Document and log work/rest periods driving
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a truck driver min. 2 years experience
- Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)
- Valid Class A truck driving license
