The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and assisting customers in need of roadside assistance. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbeds. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations. Conduct automotive diagnostics and perform minor repairs as needed on-site. Load and unload vehicles using proper techniques to ensure safety and prevent damage. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively. Manage conflicts with professionalism and maintain a positive demeanor during stressful situations. Perform routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe working condition. Maintain accurate records of services performed and vehicle conditions during each tow operation. Collaborate with dispatchers to efficiently respond to calls for assistance.
