Join our team as a Yard Driver ! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our operations running efficiently by safely moving trailers throughout our facility and ensuring trailers are positioned for loading and unloading. If you enjoy working independently, operating in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in safe trailer maneuvering, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule Wednesday to Saturday - 6 pm to 2:30 am (32 hours) Pay Starting at $24.00 per hour Full-time position Responsibilities Safely move trailers throughout the yard. Back trailers into warehouse dock doors with precision. Rotate trailers between dock positions to support shipping and receiving operations. Stage empty and loaded trailers for scheduled pickups and deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Communicate with warehouse personnel to prioritize trailer movements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard. Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and yard procedures. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required. Previous yard jockey, switcher, or shuttle driver experience preferred. Excellent backing and trailer maneuvering skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT requirements. Why Join Our Team?
