ConGlobal is hiring a Gate Clerk to support safe, efficient gate operations at our intermodal and logistics terminal. In this role, you will check trucks and containers in and out, verify documentation and seals, capture accurate data in yard and terminal systems, and communicate with drivers, dispatch, and yard personnel. You'll work in a fast-paced outdoor environment following strict safety procedures, resolving basic issues at the gate, and helping maintain accurate container and equipment records to keep freight moving reliably through the supply chain. Responsibilities Check trucks, containers, and equipment in and out at the gate Verify documentation, seals, and container numbers for accuracy Enter and update data in terminal and yard management systems Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and yard personnel to coordinate moves Follow and enforce terminal and safety procedures at the gate Identify and escalate discrepancies or equipment issues Assist with maintaining accurate container, chassis, and equipment records Support efficient traffic flow and minimize gate delays Required Skills Data entry Bill of lading verification Yard management systems Basic computer proficiency RF scanner use Transport documentation processing Customer service Radio/terminal communication protocols Safety procedures in terminals/warehouses Time management
