$25.50/hour with paid overtime Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Training — including full DOT certification support Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Tuition Assistance ($5,250/year) 401(k) with company matching Flexible scheduling — work 4 days a week Ride-Along Helper Provided — you are never lifting alone What You'll Do - Delivery Driver Responsibilities As a Delivery Driver with Fair Winds Logistics, you will start and end each shift at our warehouse location, where you will load your vehicle and prepare for your daily route. Your day as a non CDL delivery driver will include: Report to the warehouse each morning for vehicle inspection and route loadout Safely load and transport packages ranging from 70-300 lbs with the support of a ride-along Helper (team lift provided) Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently and on schedule Complete timely and accurate delivery of large-format packages to residential and commercial customers Operate a DOT-regulated delivery vehicle (16-26 ft truck) in compliance with all traffic laws and road conditions Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections before leaving and upon returning to the warehouse Comply with weigh station inspections and all DOT regulations while on route Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner — representing Fair Winds Logistics as a trusted courier and community partner Use a smartphone and GPS navigation to manage your delivery route Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift and complete all required end-of-day documentation Qualifications Delivery Driver Requirements - Non CDL Driver Position We welcome applications from experienced drivers and those new to delivery work alike. To be considered for this Delivery Driver — no CDL required — position, you must meet the following: Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required — non CDL driver's license accepted Must successfully complete DOT certification and DOT physical (can be completed during onboarding — we will guide you through it) Must pass a 10-panel drug screening and comply with random testing requirements Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude Prior driver or delivery experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people Physical requirements for this courier and delivery driver role: Ability to lift 70 lbs independently, or up to 300 lbs with team lift assistance Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs while managing large packages Ability to walk up to 6 miles per day Schedule and Availability - Delivery Driver Position 4 days per week, up to 10 hours per day Shifts available 7 days a week Must have availability on at least one weekend day Additional Information Ready to Drive With Us?
