Job Description

Looking for a full-time light duty/medium duty tow truck operator to join the Spartan Towing (Berthoud) & Chuck's Towing (Loveland) Team. Same owners/two separate locations. (This is a non-CDL position.) Applicants must be at least 23 years old, have a clean MVR, and be able to pass a background check. A positive attitude and clean cut are a must! We are located in Berthoud and service Northern Colorado. MUST live within a 10-mile radius of Berthoud!! (This includes Loveland, Longmont, Johnstown, Mead). This is a tight team so you must be a team player and enjoy what you do! Looking for candidates who want to stay and grow with us, this is not a temporary position. Job Description:

Perform emergency road service, towing, accident recovery, and abandoned vehicle recovery using assigned truck and towing equipment correctly as trained. Must present to the customer a professional self-image and Company image through excellent service, safe operation, and timeliness. --

Position Requirements:

Valid DL (CDL not required) & Clean MVR Must live in Northern Colorado (preferably Berthoud, Mead, Johnstown, Loveland, Longmont) Must be able to pass a background check & drug test Must be at least 23 years of age Clean cut Friendly & positive attitude Perform pre-trip inspection of tow truck & report any defects or needed repairs Keep a clean & organized truck Adhere to strict maintenance schedule Towing Experience not required, but driving experience is Ability to use common sense & analyze independent situations in order to complete a job as safely & efficiently as possible Provide excellent customer service Be able to communicate with dispatch & run a simple towing system Adhere to ETA's while on call 5 day work schedule, 2 consecutive days off. Rotating holidays & weekends --
