Duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Deliver and pick up material from jobsites. CDL is preferred.
• Knowledge of Chaffee, Park, Fremont, Lake and surrounding areas helpful.
• Preparing orders for customer pick-ups and/or loading the trucks for deliveries.
• Forklift / Donkey operation.
• Banding & stacking lumber.
• Be able to lift/move a minimum of 50 pounds frequently and 80 pounds occasionally.
• Maintaining the yard and buildings; organization is important.
• Knowledge of lumber & mathematical skills.
• Time management and communication are KEY.
• You must consistently communicate well with employees and customers.
