Seasonal, On Call (work schedule will vary) Job Summary Terracare Associates is looking for experienced Seasonal Snow Plow Drivers to support winter snow and ice management operations in the Centennial, CO area. This is a hands-on, safety-focused position responsible for operating snow removal and ice-control equipment to help keep roads, parking areas, properties, and other assigned areas safe and accessible during winter weather events. Snow events can occur during nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings, so successful candidates must be dependable and available to respond when winter weather requires service. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial snow plows, ice-control equipment, and other winter maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Perform snow plowing, ice control, de-icing, and snow removal at assigned locations. Monitor weather conditions and respond to snow and ice events as needed. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles and equipment. Safely operate vehicles in snow, ice, low visibility, and other challenging winter conditions. Follow established routes, service plans, safety procedures, and customer requirements. Apply salt, sand, de-icing materials, and other ice-control products as directed. Communicate with supervisors regarding weather conditions, equipment issues, property conditions, and completed work. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Report equipment damage, mechanical issues, hazards, or unsafe conditions promptly. Maintain a clean and safe work area and properly care for company equipment. Work effectively as part of a winter storm response team. Perform other duties related to snow and ice management as assigned. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and current DOT medical card. Minimum 1 year of prior commercial snow plowing or winter maintenance experience preferred. Experience operating large trucks, snow plows, salt spreaders, or similar equipment. Demonstrated ability to safely operate equipment in winter weather conditions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during snow events. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical & Working Conditions This position requires working outdoors in cold, wet, snowy, icy, and potentially low-visibility conditions. Employees may be required to sit for extended periods while operating equipment and may also need to climb in and out of vehicles, inspect equipment, and perform occasional manual tasks. The ability to work extended or irregular hours during active snow events is essential.
