Overview Join our team as a Service Tech/Operations Manager, where you'll lead the maintenance, repair, and operational excellence of a wide range of propane systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise and skills, ensuring top-tier service delivery while managing daily operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction through expert troubleshooting, efficient repairs, and seamless service management. Your energetic approach will drive continuous improvement and training, as well as upholding safety standards across all activities. Duties Perform comprehensive design and installation of propane systems in the field. Diagnosing issues with existing propane systems and repairing same. Oversee the truck fleet maintenance and repairs. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, and equipment to job sites while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Perform daily operations of service activities, coordinate work assignments, and ensure timely completion of repairs and installations. Train other personnel. Foster a customer-focused environment by providing exceptional service experiences, addressing client concerns promptly, and maintaining professional communication at all times. Skills CDL license required, must have ability to add HazMat endorsement. Mechanical knowledge related to propane system repairs. Preparation of estimates and documentation of same. Ability to operate company equipment safely, including skid steer, and a truck crane . Strong leadership skills with the ability to train technicians, and promote a safety-first culture. Pay:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
