Essential Functions:

Ability to follow work direction from their immediate supervisor. Practicing safe work protocol as well as assisting others in safe work duties as requested from BCR and or the customer. Practicing efficient time management while on shift, starting from beginning of shift to end of shift. Work with team to set up/ tear down locations, pumping operations, water management in storage tanks/ facilities and help install and tear down layflat hose pipeline systems. Operate equipment including but not limited to truck/ trailer, skidsteer, telehandler, man basket, water pumps, filter pods, frac tanks, and compressors Complete safety JSAs and submit to Senior Operator and or Job Site Lead on a daily basis. Collaborate with crew members to coordinate tasks, manage workflow, and maintain a safe work environment at all times Provides delivery of material to customer sites. Maintains delivery vehicle in clean, good working condition and monitors maintenance and mileage data. Maintains and correctly performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on designated vehicle and equipment on every trip. Ensures that loads are secure. Log hours of service (driving) each day. Must be observant and adhere to all local, state and federal traffic and safety regulations. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment, and assists during the operation of equipment at job site Perform all loading and unloading material at the customer locations and yard. Performs all aspects of the job as accurately and efficiently as possible while providing exceptional communication at all times. Willingly performs and assists with other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Experience & Training:

Oil field and Water Transfer experience preferred Safeland Training Certification required Must have a Valid Commercial Class A Driver License Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record for the last 5 years Must be able to pass our pre-employment screening At least 2 years of driving experience as a Class A CDL driver required (the right candidate can have less) Ability to operate large vehicles safely on-site and on roads Proven experience operating heavy equipment, pumps, or related machinery in an outdoor settings Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work with crew members effectively during water transfer operations Physical requirements may include: Bending, standing, crouching and safely lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly Long periods of driving Required to work outdoors and in inclement weather
