About us Flow State is a small business in Leadville, CO. Our goal is to provide incredible service to our local businesses and residents. We are seeking dedicated Snow Removal Techs to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work outside and contribute to maintaining safe and clear pathways during winter weather conditions. Responsibilities
- Operate snow removal equipment to clear service areas
- Spread salt or de-icing solutions as needed for safe passage
- Perform routine maintenance on snow equipment
- Respond promptly to snow removal needs
- Ensure all snow removal activities are conducted safely and efficiently Job Requirements
- Driver's license preferred but not required
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy 75 lbs or more
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities
