Roadside Assistance Driver /
Highway Assistance Patrol Description:
IncidentClear is seeking motivated, service-minded individuals who possess a desire and history of serving others to be a part of the Colorado Department of Transportation Safety Patrol Program. IncidentClear's Safety Patrol drivers provide rapid response, assistance, and clearance of disabled vehicles. They also provide removal of road debris while patrolling Colorado's most highly traveled roadways. Responsibilities Repair minor mechanical problems Removing debris from the road at the scene of an accident Providing minimal amounts of fuel Qualifications Maintain willingness and ability to serve others Possess knowledge or willingness to learn the incident management discipline Have a safe driving record with a current Colorado drivers license Drivers cannot have in excess of two (2) moving violations within an 18-month time period Have a high school diploma or GED. Be able to lift 50 pounds Pass a criminal background check and driver license investigation (no felony convictions) Pass a pre-employment and an annual random drug test Possess certification in first-aid or willingness to obtain certification Possess knowledge of basic automotive mechanics Possess sound judgment in carrying out their duties and conduct themselves in such a manner that will reflect favorably upon
