Responsibilities Safely operate a regional CDL-A tractor-trailer hauling freight for major shippers across assigned routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting and addressing equipment issues promptly Maintain accurate logs, hours-of-service records, and required transportation documentation Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and procedures at all times Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminal staff regarding schedules and deliveries Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while managing routes efficiently and legally Secure and handle freight according to load requirements and company standards Care for assigned equipment, keeping tractors and trailers clean and in good working order Report delays, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to operations Represent New Legend Inc with professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service Required Skills CDL-A tractor-trailer operation DOT and FMCSA compliance Electronic logging devices (ELD) Defensive driving and safety practices Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Freight securement and load handling Route planning and time management Basic truck maintenance troubleshooting Customer service and communication Paperwork and bill of lading documentation
