This is an outdoor role involving walking neighborhood routes, driving between locations, and working independently. No door knocking, sales pitches, or commission-based selling. Pay and schedule $Pay per sign / flyer : 25 cents per flyer and 2 dollars per lawn sign. 15 hours per week: three four-hour weekday shifts. Specific days and start times agreed upon before hiring. $0.76 per approved business mile when using your own vehicle. Paid sick leave. Additional hours may become available but are not guaranteed. What you'll do Distribute flyers along assigned neighborhood routes. Place lawn signs at approved locations. Follow route maps and placement instructions. Record completed routes, materials distributed, work hours, and business mileage. Communicate delays, route issues, or supply needs. Respect residents' property and represent AxeForge professionally. What you'll need Consistent availability for three scheduled weekday shifts. A valid driver's license and an insured, reliable vehicle for traveling between routes. A smartphone for maps and submitting route records. Ability to walk outdoors for substantial portions of each shift. Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work without constant supervision. Previous delivery, route, landscaping, or outdoor work is helpful, but experience is not required. Training and materials are provided. What success looks like You arrive on time, follow placement instructions, complete assigned routes, and provide accurate records. We review route completion through logs and occasional spot checks.
