Be part of a team that values responsibility and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Provide safe and timely transportation for clients within and outside the Northeastern Counties. Coordinate with dispatch centers, other drivers, supervisors, and the central office to manage passenger logistics efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members using a two-way radio system. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections according to company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of operations, including time logs and passenger details. Operate vehicle lifts and secure passengers with straps when necessary. Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Proven excellent driving skills. Strong customer service abilities. Thorough knowledge of safety rules and traffic laws. Capability to drive in extreme weather conditions and diverse environments, including rural and urban areas. Physical ability to routinely lift between 20 lbs. 50 lbs. Possession of a valid drivers license. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen. Successful completion of a background check.
