Pay:

$18-$28/hour (based on experience and performance)

Hours:

Full-time, 35+ hours per week (seasonal overtime available) Position Overview D's Lawn & Landscape LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our crew. We provide full-service landscaping including lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, hardscaping, and snow removal. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position working outdoors daily with opportunities to grow. Job Responsibilities Mowing lawns using zero-turn and stand-on mowers Weed whacking, edging, and blowing off properties Performing spring and fall cleanups (leaf removal, bed cleanouts) Bagging leaves and debris and disposing on-site Assisting with mulch installs, planting, and property cleanups Helping with patio and walkway installs (pavers, stone work) Assisting with snow removal (plowing, shoveling, salting) in winter Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining clean job sites Working efficiently with a crew to complete daily routes and projects Requirements Landscaping or lawn care experience (1+ years) Experience with hardscape work (patios/walkways) is a plus Must be comfortable using commercial equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) Valid driver's license required (ability to drive truck/trailer is a big plus) Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must wear work boots and proper work attire Expectations Show up on time every day Maintain a strong work ethic and steady pace Respect customers, coworkers, and equipment Follow direction and communicate clearly No smoking on job sites Why Work With Us Competitive pay ($18-$28/hour) Full-time hours with consistent work Opportunity to learn hardscaping and higher-skill work Tight-knit crew environment Year-round work potential (including snow season)
