• 1,950 $85 daily rate when all 5 scheduled days are worked Calling off without notice forfeits the entire week's daily rate $17.25 per stop for shipper/receiver loading or unloading $30 per stop for driver unload or liftgate stops $47.50 per stop in NYC boroughs $15/hour for safety training $160
• 450 for off-account work Job Details Deliver dry groceries using 45
• 48• 51• and 53-foot trailers Multi-stop routes with approximately 2-3 stops per trailer Deliveries within 250 miles, including NYC boroughs, Long Island, NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and parts of upstate NY Drivers should expect to deliver in NYC boroughs regularly Pick up returns or backhauls at the final stop Driver unloads with an electric pallet jack when required Liftgates are available, including on NYC delivery trailers Support other local accounts as needed Strong customer service skills are required Shift Details Sunday-Thursday Start time around 3:00 AM Drivers are home daily A sixth workday may be available for additional income Holiday work is required when scheduled and when the account is operating Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's time off is not guaranteed Job Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of verifiable truck driving experience Clean driving record DOT Medical Card No SAP drivers Ability to unload freight with an electric pallet jack when needed Strong customer service skills Reliable personal transportation to and from the account Equipment & Benefits Automatic day cabs Slip-seat operation; drivers should expect to share trucks Trucks cannot be taken home Uniforms provided Newer equipment averaging approximately 3 years old Electric pallet jacks available for drivers
