This is not a driving-only position. You'll be part of the crew moving large tropical plants and planters between clients' homes, our greenhouse, and delivery locations throughout Connecticut and nearby areas.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck Assist with loading, securing, unloading, and placing plants and containers Help protect plants, client properties, and equipment during transport Work as part of a small crew on pickup and delivery days Maintain a professional, courteous presence at high-end residential properties

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable driving a box truck Able to lift, carry, push, and maneuver heavy plants and containers with a team Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical outdoor work Must be available weekdays; occasional weekend availability is a plus Experience with landscaping, nursery work, moving, delivery, or plant care is helpful but not required.
