Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our small business. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport and deliver materials such as gravel, dirt, debris, or other bulk freight to various job sites. Your expertise in truck driving and route management will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties Operate tri-axle dump truck efficiently and safely across diverse routes and terrains Load and unload materials at designated sites, ensuring proper handling of freight such as gravel, soil, or construction debris Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving tri-axle dump truck. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles. May have to operate manual transmission truck. Proven experience in truck driving, especially with dump trucks or similar vehicles. Proficiency in manual transmission operation and familiarity with various truck types including flatbed, trailer, tanker, and roll-off trucks Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety protocols for freight transportation Ability to load & unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety standards Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site personnel If you thrive in a hands-on environment where your driving expertise makes a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
