Position Summary FCP Live-In is seeking dependable, safety-conscious Drivers to transport caregivers and their personal belongings and travel items between FCP's Connecticut office and client locations throughout New England. Drivers will operate company-owned vehicles and may travel throughout: Connecticut Massachusetts Rhode Island New Hampshire Maine This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible and variable work schedules . Driving assignments may be available seven days per week , and hours will vary depending on caregiver schedules and client locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate FCP-owned company vehicles. Transport caregivers and their personal belongings and travel items from FCP's Connecticut office to client locations. Return caregivers from client locations to the Connecticut office or other designated FCP locations. Drive throughout Connecticut and across state lines to Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine. Follow assigned pickup and drop-off schedules. Assist caregivers with loading and unloading bags and personal belongings when necessary. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with caregivers, clients, families, and FCP staff. Follow all federal, state, and local motor vehicle and traffic laws. Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly condition. Promptly report accidents, vehicle damage, mechanical concerns, traffic violations, or safety issues. Maintain communication with FCP regarding delays, schedule changes, weather conditions, or other transportation concerns. Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license in good standing. Safe driving record acceptable to FCP and its automobile insurance carrier. Ability to safely operate company vehicles for extended periods. Ability and willingness to drive long distances and across state lines. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow transportation schedules. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment while on the road. Ability to communicate effectively with caregivers and FCP staff. Ability to assist with caregivers' bags and personal belongings as reasonably required. Must meet all applicable company driving, background screening, and insurance eligibility requirements. Schedule This position offers a variable and flexible schedule .

Drivers may be scheduled:

Monday through Sunday During daytime, evening, or other hours depending on transportation needs On a full-time or part-time basis For both local and long-distance New England assignments Hours and assignments will vary based on caregiver schedules, client locations, and operational needs. Work Environment This is an on-the-road position involving regular automobile travel throughout Connecticut and other New England states. Drivers may spend extended periods sitting and driving and may encounter varying traffic and weather conditions.
