Responsibilities Operate flatbed tow trucks and rollback vehicles with precision, ensuring safe loading and unloading of vehicles. Load, secure, and transport vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle condition prior to towing or repair. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and managing expectations professionally. Mechanical or mechanic experience preferred, along with familiarity working on various vehicle types.
