Blair Logistics Inc is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul flatbed and step-deck freight for regional and long-haul routes. As a 1099 contractor, you'll operate safely and professionally while securing and transporting industrial loads, performing thorough pre/post-trip inspections, and maintaining DOT compliance. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL-A flatbed and step-deck equipment for regional and long-haul freight Secure, tarp, and inspect loads according to flatbed safety standards Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment checks Maintain full DOT and FMCSA compliance, including accurate ELD logs Plan routes to ensure on-time pickup and delivery for industrial customers Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and support teams Follow all company and customer safety policies and procedures Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate necessary repairs Protect freight and equipment while minimizing cargo damage Represent Blair Logistics with professionalism, reliability, and respect Required Skills CDL-A truck operation Flatbed/step-deck securement Trip planning
