Independent Contractor Drivers Home Every Day | Container Transportation | Tampa, FL Hop and Skip LLC is looking to hire dependable Class A CDL drivers for local container transportation in the Tampa/Winter Haven area. If you are reliable, hardworking, and want steady work with a company that values its drivers, we'd like to hear from you. Position Overview Home every day Work as an independent contractor on a 1099-NEC basis — we do not take taxes out of your pay Part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time Weekends optional Flexible schedule Local drayage — Tampa/Winter Haven Compensation & Benefits Paid per load Amazon loads: paid by percentage Inspection bonus Direct communication with dispatch Requirements Valid Class

A CDL TWIC

card required Current DOT medical card Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience Clean driving record Drayage and intermodal experience preferred Amazon relay/freight experience preferred Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Tampa, FL Must be able to respond promptly to dispatch instructions Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision Must pass a pre-employment drug test — drug-free workplace What We're Looking For We are looking for drivers who: Show up on time, every time Punctual and dependable Have a strong work ethic and take pride in their work Follow instructions and communicate professionally Treat customers and coworkers with respect
