Job Description
We are a fast growing moving company looking for experienced drivers and movers who take pride in their work, show up on time, and know how to lead a crew and handle moves efficiently. This is not an entry-level role - we are specifically looking for drivers with moving experience who can safely operate trucks, manage jobs, and deliver top-tier service to our customers. If you're dependable, physically strong, and know how to move fast without damaging items, we want to talk. What you'll do Drive 16-26 ft box trucks safely to and from job sites Lead and assist moving crews on residential and commercial jobs Load/unload furniture, boxes, and specialty items (pianos, safes, etc.) Wrap, protect, and handle items with care Communicate professionally with customers on-site Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and damage-free Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of moving experience Experience driving box trucks (16-26ft) Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus, not required) Clean driving record Ability to lift 75-100+ lbs repeatedly Strong work ethic and reliability (no call-outs, no excuses) Ability to lead a crew is a Huge plus Pay & Benefits $18-$30+/hour (based on experience & performance) Tips + bonuses Weekly pay Opportunities for advancement (Crew Lead/Foreman)
