CDL Driver / Professional Motorcoach Operator A1A Global Ground is seeking experienced, safety-focused CDL Drivers / Professional Motorcoach Operators to join our luxury ground transportation team. Our professional drivers are responsible for providing safe, reliable, and exceptional transportation to corporate clients, private aviation passengers, meetings and events, entertainment clients, government and municipal customers, and other passengers throughout South Florida and beyond. Position Responsibilities Safely operate luxury motorcoaches and other commercial passenger vehicles. Provide professional, courteous, and dependable service to every passenger. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Identify and immediately report vehicle or safety concerns. Maintain a clean and professional vehicle. Follow all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain safe speeds and practice defensive driving at all times. Follow A1A's distracted-driving and mobile-device policies. Assist passengers with luggage and boarding when appropriate. Maintain professional appearance and conduct. Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations. Complete required company safety and passenger-service training. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) . Appropriate Passenger (P) endorsement required. Must meet all applicable requirements for operating commercial passenger vehicles. Safe driving record. Experience operating motorcoaches, buses, or other commercial passenger vehicles preferred. Strong commitment to passenger and roadway safety. Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as transportation demands require.
