This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, opportunities for overtime, and a mix of local driving and hands-on warehouse responsibilities. Our drivers play an important role in ensuring products are transported safely and efficiently to customers and job sites. When not on the road, this position will assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, building pallets, and unloading containers. What You'll Do Safely operate company trucks to transport and deliver products to customers, businesses, and job sites Load, secure, transport, and unload products in a safe and timely manner Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers Help with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, and building pallets Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining timely deliveries Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow company procedures Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain compliance with all applicable DOT, transportation, and safety regulations Maintain a clean and safe driving record Assist with general warehouse duties and other responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Previous Class A driving experience preferred Manual transmission experience is required — company trucks are equipped with manual transmissions Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow assigned routes and schedules Strong time management and organizational skills Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload heavy products Ability to spend extended periods driving, standing, walking, lifting, and working in a warehouse environment Willingness to assist with warehouse operations when not driving Forklift experience or certification is a plus TWIC card is highly encouraged and preferred for access to the Port of Tampa Compensation & Benefits $24-$28 per hour , based on experience Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching $2,000 retention bonus after one year Additional $3,000 retention bonus after two years If you're an experienced Class A CDL driver looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing wholesale company, we'd love to hear from you.
