Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver who specializes in heavy-haul operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of properly securing, loading, and transporting large machinery, with comfort handling gross vehicle weights (GVW) up to 120,000 lbs . We need a professional with 3+ years of verifiable experience pulling a tri-axle lowboy trailer who is confident operating, loading, and unloading heavy moving equipment like the Komatsu 500 and John Deere 744 through active jobsite environments.
Job Duties:
Heavy Hauling:
Operating a tri-axle lowboy trailer to safely transport large machinery locally.
Equipment Loading:
Regularly loading and unloading heavy equipment, specifically large wheel loaders and excavators like the Komatsu 500 and John Deere 744 .
Jobsite Navigation:
Navigating and safely maneuvering within active jobsites.
Load Securement:
Properly chaining, binding, and securing oversized, heavy equipment according to DOT standards.
Safety & Compliance:
Performing daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintaining compliance with overweight and oversized permits.
What We Are Looking For:
License:
Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable experience specialized in pulling a lowboy/heavy-haul trailer and loading heavy equipment.
Weight Comfort:
Proven competence and comfort handling heavy-haul gross vehicle weights (GVW) up to 120,000 lbs .
Site Skills:
Exceptional spatial awareness and confidence backing up and moving through active jobsite environments.
Reliability:
A strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to represent our family business professionally.
What We Offer:
Up to $30.00/hour with a guaranteed 40-hour work week. Steady, local, year-round work (Home every night).
Set daytime shift:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
