Driver Eligibility Requirements:

Valid CDL-A license At least 23 years of age Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR experience in the last 5 years with similar equipment No major violations in the past 36 months (DUI, reckless driving, excessive speed >15 mph over, hit & run, 2+ at-fault accidents, 4+ moving violations, etc. - full list provided during application) Willing to work weekends & holidays Must pass pre-employment drug screen (onsite) Full adherence to FMCSA Hours of Service Acceptance of any driver not meeting the above is subject to Rowland Transportation and insurance company approval.
