Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced driver combined with a productive installer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your driving skills while actively engaging in installation projects across various construction sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for safely transporting materials and equipment, as well as efficiently installing building components, fixtures, and materials to meet project specifications. This position is perfect for someone eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to successful construction and remodeling projects. Duties Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload construction materials using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment with precision and care Follow detailed blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings to accurately install fixtures, cabinetry, drywall, tile, masonry features, gutters, and other building materials Conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and project specifications Use measuring tools such as tape measures and dimensional measurements to verify accuracy before installation Assist with construction site setup, including framing, carpentry (frame carpentry), plastering, stucco application, caulking, and flooring installation Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Skills Proven experience in construction installation including pavers, synthetic turf and leveling, fixture installation, cabinet fitting, and remodeling projects Strong driving record with experience operating various types of vehicles required for transporting materials safely Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and following blueprint specifications accurately Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ladders safely and effectively on diverse job sites Experience with plumbing and electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients during installations Familiarity with construction site safety standards and inspection procedures Capable of performing dimensional measurements precisely for quality control purposes Experience working on construction sites involving framing, caulking techniques Join us if you're ready to bring your driving expertise combined with your hands-on installation skills into a rewarding role that values safety, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork!
