Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Truck Drivers to join our cargo transportation team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manual tractors with refrigerated trailers or dry vans. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. A strong focus on safety and customer service is essential, as you will be responsible for delivering products to various locations on time. Responsibilities Operate manual transmission tractors with 53' refrigerated trailers or 53' dry vans. No touch freight Drive along designated routes to deliver goods in a timely manner. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery records such as Bill of Ladings Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process from pickup to delivery. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. 2 years minimum experience driving manual transmission tractors with. 53' trailers, containers, or vans. Speak, read, and write in English. US work permit, residency or citizenship. Familiarity with route driving and delivery driver responsibilities. Strong attention to detail for load securing and vehicle inspections. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Pay Structure Weekly pay rate depends on number of days worked per week. Loads are round trip that start in Miami, FL and go to Georgia then end in Miami, FL. There are loads from Monday to Tuesday, or Wednesday to Thursday, or Friday to Saturday. Every driver will be home weekly.
