```Overview``` We are seeking a motivated Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscapers. ```Responsibilities```

• Drive Dump Truck and Trailer. Keep both clean and organized.
• Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers (mowing and trimming)
• Plan and assign daily tasks to crew members
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
• Train new crew members on proper techniques and procedures
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching and planting
• Irrigation work (installs and repairs)
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns or requests ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
• Leadership abilities to effectively supervise a team and organise work
• Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers etc..
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
