We are looking for a reliable, responsible, energetic Mobile Operations Driver/Operator to help operate our Kona Ice and Travelin' Tom's Coffee mobile businesses throughout the Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, DeFuniak Springs, Panama City Beach, Panama City, 30A and surrounding area. This is much more than a driving job. You'll be responsible for safely getting our mobile truck to events, setting up, serving customers, maintaining a clean and organized truck, and providing the friendly customer experience our businesses are known for. If you are dependble, comfortable working independently and as a team player, have a great attitude and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to meet you! What you'll do: Safely drive our mobile shaved ice or coffee trucks to scheduled events and locations. Arrive on time and prpared for each event. Set up and break down the truck and quipment. Service Kona Ice and/or Travelin' Tom's Coffee and other menu items in a friendly, efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service and create a fun experience for our customers. Operate a POS/cashless and cash payment systems accurately. Keep the truck, equipment and service areas clean and organized. Restock supplies and communicate when inventory needs to be replenished. Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company procedures. Complete opening and closing responsibilities. Handle events independently when needed. Communicate professionally with customers, event organizers and management. Represent both Kona Ice and Travelin' Tom's Coffee in a positive and professional manner. Dependable and punctual. A safe and confident driver. Comfortable driving a larger vehicle/truck. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with customers. Positive, energetic and willing to have fun while working. Organized and able to stay calm when things get busy. Comfortable handling money and/or point-of-sale systems. Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform setup/breakdown duties. Flexible and willing to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. A team player who takes pride in their work. Professional and respectful toward customers, coworkers, event partners and management.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from our starting location and/or the event directly Ability to safely operate a mobile food/beverage truck Must be dependable and able to commit to scheduled shifts. Must be able to pass any required background or driving-record checks. Previoud food service, customer service, hospitality, event, delivery or commercial driving experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Must be able to work weekends, afternoons, day-time and holidays as needed.

This position offers part-time, flexible work with the potential for additional hours during our busy season.

Our events are primarily scheduled:

Afternoons and evenings Weekends Holidays Special events, festivals, schools, sporting events, corporate events, and private parties Schedules will vary based on our event calendar. Weekend availability is important.
