Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roll Off Driver with a CDL B license to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating roll-off truck to transport waste containers and materials to designated locations also you must be willing to do small truck repairs, regular maintanence . Your expertise in driving heavy-duty vehicles, coupled with mechanical knowledge, will ensure efficient load and unload operations while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate roll-off truck to transport waste containers and materials. Load and unload and maneuver dumpsters efficiently. Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Conduct heavy lifting tasks manually or with machinery to assist in loading or unloading as needed. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance activities. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during daily operations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate routes and schedules. Experience Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record is required. Prior experience operating heavy-duty trucks such as roll-off, front loader, rear loader, dump trucks, or flatbeds preferred. Demonstrated ability to load & unload materials safely and efficiently. Mechanical knowledge of truck systems and basic repairs is a plus. Delivery driver experience in waste management or construction industries is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to safety standards.
