We're looking for a reliable and motivated Driver / Landscaping Crew Member to join our team and help ensure our crews and equipment arrive safely and efficiently at each job site. Job Summary The Driver / Crew Member is responsible for safely transporting employees, equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites while also assisting with daily landscaping and lawn maintenance duties. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Safely drive company vehicles to transport crew members, equipment, tools, and materials to and from job sites. Assist with daily landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, planting, cleanups, and other property maintenance services. Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials as needed. Ensure all equipment and materials are properly secured during transportation. Follow all company safety policies and safe driving practices. Help keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Perform routine checks of company vehicles and equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Arrive on time and be prepared for the day's scheduled work. Work cooperatively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards. Follow instructions from Crew Leads and management. Provide professional and courteous service while working at client properties. Qualifications Previous landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, or similar experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Comfortable driving company trucks and/or vehicles with landscaping equipment and trailers. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical landscaping duties. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Must be willing to assist with landscaping duties in addition to driving responsibilities.
