We have an opening on our team in our Landscape Enhancement Department. We are looking an Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team working on landscape installation projects. We are also looking for leadership qualities, experience in running projects, delegating tasks, reviewing quality and completion of scope of work. This position requires a drivers license. Drivers must also be able to do a drug test, physical and background check per DOT to drive for the company. We are looking for a person with experience in: landscape landscape design plant identification landscape maintenance plant installation plant nursery experience landscape construction hardscaping irrigation reading blueprints heavy equipment operationsOur projects consist of: mulching laying sod installing rock and pavers demoing areas and plant removals plant installation tree installs tree staking plant removal and larger new design projects Bilingual is a plus but not required. A great fit would be someone that also knows how to operate bobcat, excavator, and/or trencher. Our positions report to our Boca office in Wellington, FL. This position is paid weekly and is Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm. May be weekend hours or overtime based on project.
