The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles to designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, mechanical knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks and other towing equipment safely and efficiently. Respond promptly to calls for roadside assistance and vehicle towing. Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs as needed on-site. Load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks using proper techniques to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of services provided and vehicle conditions. Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. Manage conflicts professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Skills Proficiency in operating flatbed tow trucks. Valid commercial driving license (recommended but not necessary) with a clean driving record. Experience in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients during stressful situations.
