Job Description

Launch your commercial driving career with guaranteed weekly earnings, dedicated one-on-one mentorship, and dependable regional routes throughout the Southeast. Our program is tailored specifically for entry-level drivers looking for steady mileage, predictable pay, and a direct route to solo driving success. Route details and operations Operating area: Lanes run regularly through FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN.
Cargo type:
Regional dry van freight with 100% no-touch loading.
Home time:
Get home every two weeks for a complete schedule reset.
Post-training:
Enjoy consistent miles and reliable routing once you transition to solo.
Mentorship phase:
Individual on-the-road training lasts between 4 and 6 weeks. Compensation and carrier benefits Solo driver pay: Weekly earnings range from $1,250 to $1,550.
High-earner potential:
Top-performing drivers make $1,700+ weekly.
Training pay:
Guaranteed weekly salary during all mentorship weeks. Health & retirement: Complete benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision, plus a 401(k) plan.
Additional perks:
Vacation pay, direct deposit setup, and available safety and performance incentives. Qualifications and hiring rules Must hold a valid CDL-A and be at least 21 years of age. Proof of completion from a certified school with at least 120 hours. Must pass a standard DOT physical and all required background screenings.
