Regional Road Driver:

$7,500 sign-on bonus Paid out in equal weekly installments over your first 39 weeks Must start by September 18th, 2026 Earn $1,375

1,650 per week New starting pay to help match your experience Home every week 100% no touch freight Majority drop & hook Southeast running lanes 34-hour reset on the road bonus (not required) Consistent/Repetitive freight lanes Newer equipment
nothing older than 3 years!

Requirements:

CDL A License Nine months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years Must have Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker experience Consistent Class A driving experience Safe driving record Legacy Matters; Cowan Systems hits 100+ Year Milestone!
