This role will be based out of our Pinellas Park Store Support Center and will support our 17 stores around Florida. There is plenty of opportunity right around the corner from you! Kane's is looking for a full-time CDL-A Local Transfer Driver who will deliver furniture between our Distribution Center and our 17 stores in Florida. This position enjoys a 4 day work week, not over the road

Skills and Other Requirements:

Valid Florida CDL Class A Driver's License

• no manual restriction Experience driving a tractor trailer 21 years or older
• based on insurance requirements Acceptable 3-year driving record Acceptable criminal background check for 7 years and negative DOT drug test results
• Kane's maintains a Drug Free Workplace Loading and Unloading Experience
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and/or move 100+ pounds repetitively Physical ability to get up and down from the cab of a commercial motor vehicle repetitively Physical ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, and rain) Ability to hear in a normal audio range Ability to see within a normal range
