This position will require both driving and field work in our Well and Septic Teams. Responsibilities Load, transport and unload heavy equipment as directed Ability to perform field/labor work as directed by the foreman/project manager Ensure hauled equipment is safely and securely transported, as well as loaded and unloaded in a safe and efficient manner Monitor gauges, dials and other indicators on the truck to make sure the truck is working properly Preform maintenance checks Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the Company's operating safety policies and procedures Operation of equipment with complex control systems requiring a high degree of manipulative skill and dexterity Ability to labor Responsible for wearing appropriate safety/protective clothing/gear The safe and effective operation of heavy equipment including excavators and dozers, etc. Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Driver's License- Minimum 2 years' experience required Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background/driving check is required Ability to sit, climb, squat, bend or stand for an extended period of time. In addition, ability to lift a minimum of 50+ lbs. Ability to work in a team setting Ability to communicate and report effectively Compensation Based on experience
