Job Description

Non CDL Driver/Laborer- Honc is seeking hard-working and reliable Driver to join our Team. Our Driver will participate in a variety of projects and follow plans and instructions from the site Foreman and Superintendent. Our driver will be responsible for driving and maneuvering a company truck and/or flatbed with a small trailer with a track loader or mini excavator attached. To be success in this position the candidate will have to be able to work as part of a team, enjoy working outdoors and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks. Non CDL Driver Duties and Responsibilities Loading and unloading of materials and tools Removing debris, garbage and dangerous materials from job sites Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment Following all health and safety regulations Responsible for wearing appropriate safety/protective clothing/gear Other duties as assigned Non CDL Driver Requirements and Qualifications Similar work experience may be beneficial, but not required Valid Drivers License required- Minimum 3 Years Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background/driver check is required Ability to sit, climb, squat, bend or stand for an extended period of time. In addition, ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to work in a team setting Ability to communicate and report effectively Good physical condition and stamina Compensation Based on experience
