THE ROUTES

Our freight runs out and back, with lanes such as: Tavares → Ohio → Tavares Tavares → Texas → Tavares Tavares → Maryland → Tavares Our most frequent freight runs through Ohio and Pennsylvania , with additional lanes into Texas, upstate New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Jersey. No NYC.

Stops are within Florida and completed in one day.

Trucks stay parked at our yard rather than going home with drivers. Why? Because your home time should be your time . While you're home, our shop can perform scheduled maintenance, helping reduce downtime once you're back on the road. You also get a real break from the truck and the responsibility that comes with it. No slip seating. You return to your assigned truck.

PAY THAT CAN KEEP GROWING

In addition to weekly pay and available mileage bonuses, drivers are eligible for pay increases every 6 months with no cap. That means the opportunity to earn a ½-cent-per-mile increase every six months , or up to an additional penny per mile each year, based on applicable company requirements.

A few hours Coming from farther away? We have hotel accommodations available when the commute is too much. If you don't have transportation from the hotel to orientation, we can help arrange transportation.

Orientation pay:

$100 , added to your first paycheck.
