Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wheel Lift Tow Truck Driver and become a vital part of roadside assistance and vehicle recovery operations. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized tow trucks to assist stranded motorists, recover vehicles involved in accidents, and ensure safe transportation of vehicles across various locations. Your expertise in vehicle mechanics, driving, and customer service will drive our mission to deliver prompt, professional, and reliable towing services. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery tow trucks, to transport vehicles efficiently and securely. Securely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Manage vehicle recovery towing operations with precision, ensuring adherence to safety standards and traffic laws. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and incident reports for record-keeping purposes. Qualifications Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving required. Familiarity with cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks. Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
