In this role, you'll support daily fleet operations through vehicle transportation, detailing, inspections, and fleet logistics. Join Go Rentals as a Driver in West Palm Beach, FL, and help deliver the quality and care our guests expect! Responsibilities Safely drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed while following all traffic laws and company policies Transport guests and vehicles to designated destinations in a safe, professional, and courteous manner Assist with vehicle pickups, exchanges, and fleet transfers between locations Organize travel routes and maintain accurate vehicle paperwork and documentation Wash, clean, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to Go Rentals standards Polish and clean vehicle windows, lights, mirrors, floor mats, and exterior surfaces Shampoo vehicle interiors and remove stains when necessary Check and replenish fuel, windshield washer fluid, oil, coolant, and other vehicle fluids Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance concerns Verify vehicle registrations, license plates, and required documentation Assist with fleet inventory management and vehicle staging Coordinate vehicle transportation to and from dealerships, service centers, and car washes Maintain clean and organized work, storage, and parking areas Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to support daily operations Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Valid unrestricted driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Must be insurable and provide proof of auto insurance Must be 21 years of age or older Previous driving, transportation, detailing, or fleet experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in airport environments around aircraft noise and vehicle traffic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and driving for extended periods Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and hotel partners, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols

Pay ranges may vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
