Position Overview Green Wave Electronics is seeking a full-time Box Truck Driver & Operations Associate to support both our transportation and warehouse operations. This position operates a 26-foot non-CDL box truck for local and regional pickups and deliveries of electronic equipment. Drivers assist with packing, palletizing, loading, and unloading material while providing professional customer service. When not scheduled to drive, this employee will work in the warehouse and assist with other operational tasks. Candidates must be comfortable regularly transitioning between driving and warehouse responsibilities. Driving & Transportation responsibilities: Operate a 26-foot box truck for local and regional pickups and deliveries. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Pack, palletize, load, unload, and properly secure electronic equipment. Operate lift gates, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment as authorized. Communicate professionally with customers regarding pickups, deliveries, and arrival times. Maintain required transportation and electronic log records. Follow company, DOT/FMCSA, safety, security, PPE, R2/ISO/OSHA, and fire-safety requirements.

Warehouse Operations responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks. Sort, stage, move, and organize electronic equipment. Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare materials for processing or shipment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as authorized. Assist with inventory and general material movement. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Support warehouse and production operations as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of box truck driving experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must meet company insurance requirements. Valid DOT Medical Certificate. Class A or B CDL is a plus but not required. Warehouse, distribution, transportation, recycling, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable using smartphones and logistics applications. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable performing both physical warehouse work and prolonged driving. Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Must successfully complete required pre-employment screenings, including drug screening.
